Car Insurance: All Oregon auto insurance policies cover at least $15,000.00 of your medical expenses if you are injured in a car accident, no medical doctor referral is required.
Worker’s Compensation insurance: In Oregon an injured worker may see a chiropractor for the first 60 days after the injury without a medical doctor referral.
