This is a required physical examination to report the progress of your chiropractic treatment.
It requires your feedback and includes orthopedic testing and range of motion testing.
Re-evaluations are performed at the end of a treatment plan.
All treatment plans are created differently depending on the individual; therefore the doctor will inform you when your re-evaluation is needed.
The results of this exam will allow the doctor to make the best decision possible about the next step in your care.
An established patient examination would also be required if a new complaint were to arise in an existing patient that has not yet been evaluated.
