Discounted treatment is available through ChiroHealthUSA. (Unfortunately we are unable to share our fees online due to health care regulations, but we are happy to answer your questions over the phone or email at truebalancechiropractor@gmail.com.)
Payment by Insurance
We accept payment from most insurance companies please verify your chiropractic benefits and ensure Dr. Barry Shulak is in network with your plan.
Our service charges are based on the Oregon Worker’s Compensation regulations, which are customary fees for the area.
Co-pays must be collected at the time of service if applicable.
